The rooms, while not exactly as expected from the pictures, offer basic amenities but are somewhat outdated for the price. The service, particularly at the pool bar, was friendly and efficient, with some minor issues like cold food being quickly addressed. The location is ideal for partygoers but lacks a peaceful atmosphere due to noise and activities nearby. Dining options vary in quality, with room for improvement, and the facilities are decent overall.
The hotel has beautiful rooms, great location, and friendly staff, especially Raquelle. I had no issues with noise despite the ongoing renovations in the possibly future. The location is quiet and elevated, away from the hustle of Magaluf, with some unpleasant incidents involving Spanish kids throwing items from balconies as a downside.
The hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were very basic and in real need of refurbishment, yet surprisingly homy and comfortable. The service seemed to be paying a different rate, with a standout performance from the barman. The location was nice and probably the best part of the hotel, despite some unpleasant corners. The dining experience was incredible, with lots of fresh food options. The facilities had some hits and misses.
